Shenley Rountree navigated diverse marketing roles in her early career. Transitioning to education, she became a marketing teacher, motivated to equip students with essential employability skills. Fueled by a desire to amplify her impact, Shenley led as Career Technical Agricultural Education Director. Later, she served as Director of Public Relations and Strategic Partnerships for the public school system, a role she held for five impactful years. Blending marketing prowess with a deep commitment to education, Shenley's work resonates through ArtsNOW's mission.

Shenley holds a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Georgia, a Master's degree in Workforce Education from the University of Georgia, and an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from the University of North Georgia.
