Kristin, a former Teacher Leader at an arts-integrated elementary school, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and Art History from the College of Charleston and a Master of Arts in Teaching in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina. With her experience teaching second grade in public education, Kristin's passion for art and education stems from her childhood influence of Ms. Jervey, her elementary art teacher. Prior to her teaching career, she dedicated herself to nonprofit organizations promoting and preserving arts accessibility. A native of South Carolina, Kristin resides in Columbia, SC.
