Kristin is a former lead teacher of an arts-integrated elementary school. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and Art History from the College of Charleston and a Master of Arts in Teaching in Elementary Education from the University of South Carolina. She served 3 years in public education, teaching second grade. Before education, Kristin worked for several nonprofit organizations that promoted and preserved the arts and equitable access to the arts. Kristin enjoys time spent with family and friends and resides in Columbia, SC.
