Kim is a former grant liaison at an ArtsNOW partner school and most recently worked part-time for ArtsNOW as an Extended Learning Coordinator in Savannah, Georgia. She has both a Bachelor's degree (University of Akron) and a Master's degree (Georgia Southern University) in Early Childhood Education, as well as an Education Specialist degree (Nova Southeastern University) in Curriculum and Administration. During her 31 years in education, Kim became a National Board-certified teacher. She led her elementary school to both STEM and STEAM state certifications. Kim lives in Savannah, Georgia, with her husband and two sons.
