With a Bachelor’s degree in finance and over 30 years of accounting and financial systems experience, Delores's expertise spans diverse sectors. Her corporate tenure includes roles at Equifax and Turner Broadcasting, while her consultancy work involved implementing ERP software across telecom, hospitality, and manufacturing industries.

In 2000, she founded The Right Source, Inc., offering technical writing for financial systems. In 2002, she expanded to provide comprehensive bookkeeping, budget development, and cash flow management services for small businesses and non-profits.
