With 17 years of experience in school and district-level leadership, Crystal has driven forward-thinking strategies in curriculum development and instructional practices. Her career began as a dedicated third-grade teacher, laying a solid foundation in pedagogy.

Crystal's academic journey includes a Bachelor's degree from Georgia State University, a Master's degree from Brenau University, and a leadership degree from the University of Georgia, reflecting her commitment to continuous growth.
