As an ArtsNOW Project Coordinator, April facilitates the integration of arts into classrooms by supporting consultants and teachers. With a background as a teacher at an ArtsNOW Teaching and Learning Laboratory School, she is dedicated to inspiring students through the arts. April brings 29 years of experience in Georgia public schools as both a classroom teacher and support teacher. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia and a Master's degree from Piedmont College.
